 When my desktop PC took a dump, I knew exactly where to take it. Doc was able to resurrect an old laptop I had a while ago so I had no worries about him taking care of this. Labor Rates for customers with Support Subscription

$50/Hour
  • If able to fix by Remote, there is no additional labor charge for Support Subscribers
  • $50 an hour Labor rates for physical labor including on-site visits, physical hardware upgrade or repair.

With one of our affordable Support Subscriptions you get a piece of mind and your own personal technician. Every month our technicians will perform and complete tune-up remotely. At no additional charge for "ADVANCED" and "ULTIMATE" subscriptions, you get Remote "Help Assistance so you get immediate help and fix your computer without having to wait for a technician or having to transport it to a repair shop. Support Subscriptions are like having insurance and protection when you need it. You also get reduced labor rates if we are unable to fix your problems remotely.

If your hard drive crashes and will not boot up we offer affordable Data Recovery. We can recover files, folders, pictures, documents and anything else from a crashed hard drive. Once we get your hard drive on our test bench, we will know if we are able to recover your data. If we can't read data on your hard drive, then we will not charge for our service. Microsoft just called me and said my computer was infected, what do I do?

Microsoft will never call you and say your computer is infected – Just hang up if you get this call.  It’s not Microsoft.  
  • DO NOT ALLOW them access to your computer remotely.  
  • If you unknowingly gave them permission and they accessed your PC remotely, contact us immediately and we will check out your computer.
