  • You can book an appointment with us online based on your availability and our technicians availability.  If your issue/need is not urgent, this is the recommended method.  Our online booking is available 24/7 online.
  • From your PCs browser, at the top of our website (mcdsd.com) menu, across the top of the page click "Book Now" button.
  • From your mobile phone browser, at the top left of our website (mcdsd.com) tap the drop menu and tap "Book Now"

  • You can also call, email or submit a Support Ticket on our "Contact" page.
  • You will find our normal business hours on our "Contact" page.
Currently, we do not have a physical drop-off location.  
  • If you would like to schedule an appointment with us to pickup a PC or other onsite services, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.
  • You can always "Book" an appointment with us after hours.
  • You can "Book" online 24/7.

Microsoft will never call you and say your computer is infected – Just hang up if you get this call.  It’s not Microsoft.  
  • DO NOT ALLOW them access to your computer remotely.  
  • If you unknowingly gave them permission and they accessed your PC remotely, contact us immediately and we will check out your computer.

No, we do not currently offer any support/repair of Apple products.  
We currently only support Microsoft Windows based PCs, Laptops and Tablets.

  • We can remotely access any computer with proper permission/authorization only.
  • Any computer, any place in the world as long as there is internet access/connectivity.  
  • We have connected to other computers in other countries.
  • You can Book an appointment to install our "GoToAssist Customer" remote software on your computer.
